1. Sponsor
This rebate offer program (the “Program”) is sponsored by PrimeSource Building Products, Inc., located at 1321 Greenway Drive, Irving, TX 75038 (“Sponsor”).
2. Program Administrator
The Program is administered by Lift & Shift, Inc. (“Administrator”). Administrator is responsible for receiving, processing, validating, and fulfilling rebate claims in accordance with these Deck it Out Rebate Program Official Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”). Administrator may communicate with participants regarding claim status, request additional documentation, and resolve issues related to submissions or rebate delivery. Administrator acts solely on behalf of Sponsor and has no responsibility beyond the administration of the Program as described herein.
3. Eligibility
This Program is open to legal residents of the United States, including the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of purchase. The Program is open to contractors and retail shoppers purchasing Qualifying Products from authorized U.S. retailers. Void where prohibited by law. Eligibility to participate in this program is non-transferable. Each customer who submits a rebate claim under this Program becomes a “Participant.”
Employees, agents, representatives, affiliates, dealers, and immediate family or household members of Sponsor are not eligible.
4. Qualifying Purchase
A qualifying purchase consists of one or more of the following products (the “Qualifying Products”): Deckforce® Bucket (any of the following skus: GRDF158STGDBK, GRDF158STRBK, GRDF212STGDBK, GRDF212STGRBK, GRDF212STGYBK, GRDF212STRBK, GRDF212STTBK, GRDF2STBRBK, GRDF2STGDBK, GRDF2STRBK, GRDF312STGDBK, GRDF312STRBK, GRDF3STBRBK, GRDF3STGDBK, GRDF3STGRBK, GRDF3STGYBK, GRDF3STRBK, GRDF3STTBK, GRDF4STGDBK, GRDF4STRBK, GRDF158STGRBK, GRDF158STTBK, GRDF2STTBK, GRDF312STGRBK, GRDF312STTBK, GRDF4STGRBK, GRDF212STBRBK, GRDF212STBLKBK, GRDF3STBLKBK, GRDF312STBRBK, GRDF312STGYBK, GRDF2STGYBK, GRDF4STGYBK, GRDF158STBRBK, GRDF4STBRBK), Deckforce® Keg (any of the following skus: GRDF212STT1MBK, GRDF158STT1700BK, GRDF3STT800BK), Grip-Rite Exterior Screws with PrimeGuard Plus® (LP3STGDBK), Grip-Rite Ninja® Hidden Deck Clip in 50, 200, and 500 sq ft quantities, purchased new from an authorized U.S. retailer during the Purchase Period.
“Purchase Period”: April 15, 2026 – June 30, 2026
Returned, refunded, used, refurbished, resold, or counterfeit products do not qualify.
5. Rebate Offer
The rebate offer amount is determined by the Qualifying Product(s) purchased, as disclosed in official promotional materials. All eligibility requirements must be met in order to receive the rebate. Substitutions or non-qualifying products are not eligible.
Participants who satisfy all Program requirements and whose claims are approved will receive a rebate of $10, $25 or $50 per Qualifying Product in the form of a prepaid digital Mastercard (“Rebate”). The specific rebate values applicable to each Qualifying Product can be found on the Deck it Out page.
6. Claim Submission
While online submissions are the preferred method, rebate claims for purchases on Qualifying Products may be submitted either online or by mail, as described below.
a. Online Submission
Rebate claims may be submitted online by following the instructions located at gripriterebates.com (the “Claim Website”).
Submission Deadline: July 31, 2026, 11:59pm EST
Late submissions will not be accepted.
Each valid submission must include:
- An accurate, completed online claim form without errors; and
-
An uploaded image meeting the requirements set forth on the Claim Website of a legible, valid, unaltered, dated sales receipt from an authorized retailer clearly showing:
- Qualifying product(s)
- Purchase date
- Purchase price
- Retailer name
Order confirmations or work orders are not accepted. Incomplete, illegible, late, or duplicate submissions will not be accepted.
b. Mail-In Submission
As an alternative to online submission, Participants may submit rebate claims by mail. Each valid mail in submission must include:
- A legible, valid, unaltered, dated sales receipt from an authorized U.S. retailer clearly showing the Qualifying Product(s), purchase date, purchase price, and retailer name; and
- Either:
- A completed Grip Rite rebate program official mail in form; or
- A postcard containing the Participant’s full name, home address, and phone number.
Mail in rebate submissions must be postmarked no later than July 31, 2026, and mailed to:

Incomplete, illegible, late, or duplicate mail in submissions will not be accepted.
7. Claim Validation
All rebate claims are subject to validation by Sponsor and/or Administrator, who reserve the right to:
- Validate proof of purchase and eligibility
- Request additional documentation
- Reject any claim that does not meet Program requirements
Sponsor’s decisions regarding eligibility, validation, and rebate issuance are final and binding.
8. Rebate Maximum
Each Participant may receive a rebate on a maximum of 20 total Qualifying Products (the “Rebate Maximum”). The Rebate Maximum may be reached through one rebate submission containing 20 or more Qualifying Products or across multiple rebate submissions which, taken together, total 20 or more Qualifying Products. Once a Participant has reached the Rebate Maximum, any further rebate claim submissions by the Participant will be rejected.
Any attempt by any Participant to submit more than the stated number of rebate claims by using multiple or different accounts, email addresses, identities, registrations, or by any other method, may result in the rejection or voiding of all related rebate submissions and may render the Participant ineligible to receive a rebate. In the event of a dispute regarding any rebate submission, the authorized account holder of the email address used to submit the claim will be deemed the Participant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email for the domain associated with the submitted address. Participants may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holders.
9. Rebate Fulfillment
Participants whose rebate claims are successfully validated by Sponsor or Administrator will receive the rebate in U.S. dollars, based on the method of submission:
- Online submissions will be fulfilled via a prepaid digital Mastercard, delivered to the email address provided by Participant during the claim submission process.
- Approved mail-in submissions will be fulfilled by check mailed to the Participant’s home address provided in the mail-in submission materials.
Rebate amounts are issued in denominations of $10, $25, or $50, at the Sponsor’s discretion, based on the total approved rebate value. When a Participant qualifies for multiple rebate amounts, the total approved rebate value may be combined.
Digital prepaid cards are issued by a financial institution pursuant to license by the applicable payment network and are subject to issuer terms and conditions. Cards/accounts are valid for a limited time; unused balances may be forfeited after expiration. Lost, stolen, expired, or unused cards/accounts will not be replaced. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, misdirected, delayed, or undeliverable rebates due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by Participant.
10. Processing Time
Please allow Administrator approximately 6-8 weeks to review and process your rebate claim. Processing times for mail-in submissions exceed those for online submissions. Keep copies of all submission materials for your records.
Claims of non-delivery must be received no later than October 31, 2026. Proof of timely submission may be required.
11. Incomplete or Invalid Submissions
Incomplete, inaccurate, illegible, duplicate, or fraudulent submissions will be rejected. If a submission is deemed incomplete, Sponsor or Administrator may attempt to notify Participant of such. Any supplemental information required by Sponsor or Administrator must be provided by Participant within 7 days of notification to remain eligible.
12. Fraud and Abuse
Fraudulent activity—including falsified documents or fictitious identities—will result in disqualification and may be referred for legal action. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with or attempts to undermine the Program.
13. Limitation of Liability
Sponsor and Administrator are not responsible for technical failures; interrupted, unavailable, or inaccurate network, server, or software operations; transmission errors; or lost, late, incomplete, illegible, inaccurate, misdirected, delayed, or corrupted rebate submissions, whether caused by system errors, human error, or events beyond their reasonable control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither Sponsor nor Administrator shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or business opportunities, arising out of or relating to this rebate program or any rebate submission.
Participant’s sole and exclusive remedy for any claim arising out of or relating to this rebate program shall be limited to the payment of the applicable rebate, if any. In no event shall Sponsor’s total liability exceed the value of the rebate claimed.
14. Modification or Termination
Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Offer or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time due to fraud, technical issues, administrative errors, or other factors beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control.
15. Conflict of Terms
In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any advertising or promotional materials, these Terms shall govern.
16. Privacy
Information collected in connection with this Program will be used solely for administering the rebate and in accordance with the Grip-Rite Rebates Privacy Policy, available at gripriterebates.com/privacy.
17. Governing Law and Disputes
This Offer is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved individually and exclusively in the appropriate state or federal court located in Dallas County, Texas.
