What is the Rebate?

Your rebate is issued as a prepaid digital Mastercard.

To receive your card, you’ll need to complete a few quick steps. You will receive email notifications with instructions — please read each email carefully and follow the steps below.

How To Access Your Rebate

Step 1: Watch for Your Rebate Email

Once your rebate is approved, you will receive an email from rewardhub-orders@grsportal.com with the subject line: “Don’t Miss This: Your Deck It Out Rebate eGift Card Is Ready.”

This email includes your Redemption Link and Challenge Code.

Be sure to check your inbox and your junk/spam folder.

Step 2: Enter Your Challenge Code

• Click the Redemption Link in the email.
• Enter the Challenge Code provided.

⚠ Important: Your Challenge Code expires after 90 days, so be sure to complete this step promptly.

Step 3: Confirm Your Payment

Within 5 minutes of entering your Challenge Code, you will receive another email from notification@mypaymentvault.com with the subject line: “Your Reward Card has Arrived!”

• Open the email.
• Click the CONFIRM YOUR PAYMENT button.
• This will direct you to the My Payment Vault website.

Step 4: Set Up (or Log Into) Your My Payment Vault Account

On the My Payment Vault website:

• Create a new account (if you don’t already have one), or
• Log in to your existing account.
• Complete your profile setup if prompted.

Step 5: Choose How You Want to Receive Your Card

Inside your My Payment Vault account, select your preferred delivery option:

• Virtual Card (Digital)
• Physical Card (Mailed to You)
• Save for Later (expires in 90 days)

⚠ Important: Your rebate will NOT be sent until you complete this step. You must choose a delivery option to receive your card.
